The purpose of this unit is to assess candidate knowledge and understanding of how to serve wine, understanding all equipment need to prepare and how to actually do it with different kind of wine type


The candidate will be expected to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the following:
- Understanding wine type and style
- Able to demonstrate the wine tasting technique
- Understanding wine pairing concept
- Able to be identified flavor component and how flavor change due to pairing with different type and style of wines
