Purpose/Goal

The purpose of this unit is to assess candidate knowledge and understanding of how to serve wine, understanding all equipment need to prepare and how to actually do it with different kind of wine type

Outcome

The candidate will be expected to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the following:
- Indentified different kind of wine serving equipment required
- Describe what is the step by step process
- Able to open the wine and Champagne
- Able to serve wine and champagne with the standard operating procedure step by step as per Court Master Sommelier standard
